Can I make an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our online booking system on our website or by calling the Barber Shop directly.
Do you accept walk ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome but are subject to availability. Please note you may expect longer than average wait times.
What are your shop hours?
Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please note, our Barbers are independently owned, and operated and some schedules may differ from shop hours.
How much do services cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the service you choose. Please contact your Barber directly to verify prices. We always recommend discussing pricing prior to receiving your services.
Can I request a specific Barber?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of finding the right barber who understands your style preferences. You can request a specific barber, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

What payments do you accept?
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Please note that specific payment methods may vary depending on the location and Barber.
Do you offer refunds?
You may return any unused retail item for a full refund. At this time, we do not accept used retail items for return. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact your Barber directly. Service refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer children's cuts?
Absolutely! We welcome customers of all ages, including children. Our children's prices are for children 10 and under. Our barbers have experience working with children and will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
What is your cancelation policy?
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
